/Practice Drum Pads/Practice Pad - The Prentice Practice Pad
This is a unique take on a traditional concept. The Prentice Practice Pad offers three possible playing angles all with the traditional "sound chamber" effect of the old style drum pads.
The different angles satisfy the comfort of "Ancient" marching drummer with the sharp angle emulating a sling carried drum. The flat position is familiar to either the set-drummer who prefers a horizontal surface or the modern marching band/drum & bugle corps drummer accustomed to the level harness drum carry. The set-drummer who likes his snare at a subtle angle can duplicate this with the Prentice Practice Pad, as well.
Constructed of tough Medium Density Fiberboard (M.D.F.), the material used for among other things: high-end audio speaker cabinets, the Prentice Practice Pad has great tonal qualities and is nearly indestructible.
